Discussion on the Low-carbon Development Path of Petrochemical Industry

《关于完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念做好碳达峰碳中和工作的意见》和《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》作为碳达峰碳中和的顶层设计,对“双碳”工作做出总体部署。着眼“双碳”目标,结合现有形势和石化行业发展现状,查摆分析低碳发展路径,从提升用能效率、推广清洁能源使用、探索二氧化碳回收利用等方面,提出石化等重点行业实施节能降碳改造,提升能源利用效率的措施建议,以期对该行业实施碳达峰碳中和提供有益的指导和参考。

The views on how to implement the new development concept in a complete,accurate and comprehensive manner,and the Peak Carbon Action Plan for 2030 serve as the top-level design for carbon neutrality,make overall deployment of“Double carbon”work.Focusing on the“Double carbon”target,combined with the current situation and the development of the petrochemical industry status quo,analysis of lowcarbon development path,from the aspects of improving energy efficiency,promoting clean energy use and exploring carbon dioxide recovery and utilization,the paper puts forward measures and suggestions for energy conservation and carbon reduction in key industries such as petrochemical,etc.,with a view to the implementation of the industry“Carbon Peak,carbon neutral”to provide useful guidance and reference.
