摘要 电解液溶剂是动力电池中离子传输的重要载体。常见的电解液溶剂为碳酸酯,主要包括碳酸乙烯酯(EC)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)、碳酸甲乙酯(EMC)、碳酸二乙酯(DEC)以及碳酸丙烯酯(PC)五种。介绍了生产电解液溶剂的工艺和装置节能降耗研究,并列举了余热回收利用、保温隔热及冷凝水回收、管道合理布置、变频器调速节能技术、建立能源管理中心等节能降耗措施。 Under the background of"double carbon",new energy has become the main direction of China's development.With the double harvest of new energy vehicle production and sales,the demand for new energy batteries continues to rise.At present,the four major materials of new energy batteries are positive electrode material,negative electrode material,diaphragm and electrolyte.Among them,electrolyte solvent is also an important carrier for electrolyte ion exchange.Common electrolyte solvents are carbonic acid esters,mainly including ethylene carbonate(EC),dimethyl carbonate(DMC),methyl ethyl carbonate(EMC),diethyl carbonate(DEC)and propylene carbonate(PC)five kinds.However,PC is used for secondary batteries,and the graphite negative electrode of lithium-ion batteries is very poor compatibility,during the charge and discharge process,PC decomposition occurs on the surface of the graphite negative electrode,while causing the peeling of the graphite layer,resulting in the deterioration of the cycle performance of lithium-ion batteries.
