摘要
随着油田智能化进程的推进,塔里木油田某采油气管理区为积极响应建设智能化油田建设的标杆,对管理区内联合站和采油作业区进行一体化改革,以达到少人高效、提质增效的效果,但受限于自动化仪表、数据传输、人员技能水平、场站处理能力等因素的制约,在一体化过程中存在一系列的问题,导致进度有所减缓。基于现场实施井站一体化后,场站实施无人值守存在问题和症结,通过落实自动化仪表更换、光纤数据传输、人员综合考核完成无人值守任务,通过分析和总结形成井站一体化无人值守的不同阶段特征,为其他油田完成无人值守提供借鉴。
With the advancement of oilfield intelligence,a certain oil and gas production management area in Tarim Oilfield actively responds to the benchmark of intelligent oilfield construction by carrying out integrated reform of the joint station and oil production operation area within the management area,in order to achieve the effect of fewer people,high efficiency,and improved quality and efficiency.However,due to limitations in automation instruments,data transmission,personnel skills,and station processing capabilities,there are a series of problems in the integration process,leading to a slowdown in progress.This article is based on the problems and crux of implementing unmanned monitoring in the field after the integration of wells and stations.By implementing automated instrument replacement,fiber optic data transmission,and comprehensive personnel assessment,the unmanned monitoring task is completed.Through analysis and summary,the characteristics of unmanned monitoring in different stages of well station integration are formed,providing reference for other oil fields to complete unmanned monitoring.
