Research on the Piping Design of Tower in Petrochemical Plant

现代生活中,化工产品无处不在,人们对化工产品的需求也在不断提高。化工装置中动静设备有很多,而塔器在化工装置中起着至关重要的作用,它决定了整个装置的产品种类及其收率。当前,针对塔的工程设计,不仅要对塔器内构件进一步的优化,其管道的布置及相应的设计也会从很大程度上影响和决定装置能否正常运行。结合设计工程实例从塔的平面布置、开口方位、平台布置及其管道布置等方面展开讨论。

In modern life,chemical products are everywhere,and demand for chemical products is also increasing.There are many dynamic and static devices in the chemical plant,and the tower plays a crucial role in the chemical plant,which determines the product type and yield of the whole device.At present,for the engineering design of the tower,not only the internal components of the tower should be further optimized,but also the layout of the pipeline and the corresponding design will affect and determine the normal operation of the device to a large extent.This paper discusses the tower layout,nozzle orientation,platform layout and pipeline layout of the tower based on design engineering examples.
