重大石油化工建设项目环保管理良好实践

摘要 石油化工行业属于环境污染严重的行业之一,其介质具有渗透性、腐蚀性和毒性较高等特点,如发生泄漏后渗入地下,将导致地下水污染极难治理。重大石油化工项目建设过程中环保技术、环保设施、环保措施的有效管理,决定了项目投产后所能真正达到的环境保护效果。某重大石油化工建设项目在防渗技术创新、扬尘控制、危险废物管理、环卫管理、环境监测等环保管理的良好实践,经过时间证明,最终取得了良好效果,并编制形成防渗施工标准化图集等材料,在公司后续多个项目中作为施工图集继续得以应用。根据多年在环保管理方面的经验,对项目环保管理中的良好实践进行了总结提炼,以期为未来项目环保管理提供宝贵的经验。 The petrochemical industry is one of the industries with severe environmental pollution,and its medium has high characteristics of permeability,corrosiveness,and toxicity.If a leak leaks into the ground,it will lead to groundwater pollution that is extremely difficult to control.The effective management of environmental protection technologies,facilities,and measures during the construction process of major petrochemical projects determines the true environmental protection effect that can be achieved after the project is put into operation.A major petrochemical construction project has achieved good practices in environmental management such as anti-seepage technology innovation,dust control,hazardous waste management,environmental sanitation management,and environmental monitoring.After time,it has achieved good results and has developed standardized anti-seepage construction drawings and other materials,which continue to be applied as construction drawings in multiple subsequent projects of the company.Based on years of experience in environmental management,the author has summarized and refined good practices in project environmental management,in order to provide valuable experience for future project environmental management.
