摘要
为满足实验室塑料脆化温度检测水平提高的需要,中国兵器工业集团第五三研究所开展了塑料脆化温度的测定能力验证。在样品的均匀性稳定性检验的基础上,采用z比分数法对参加实验室测试结果进行了统计分析,并针对实验室在测试中出现的问题进行了技术分析,并给出了建议,提高了该项目检测的准确性和可靠性。
In order to meet the needs of improving the detection level of laboratory’s plastic brittleness temperature,CNGC Institutes 53 has carried out the proficiency testing program of plastic brittleness temperature.On the basis of uniformity and stability test,z ratio method was used to carry out statistical analysis on the results of participative laboratories.The technical analysis was carried out for the laboratory with problems,and the suggestions were given.All of these provided guarantee for the accuracy and reliability of this project.
