气相色谱—质谱法测定电子烟油中五种酮

摘要 提出了使用气相色谱—质谱法(GC—MS)测定电子烟油中双乙酰、2,3-戊二酮、2,3-己二酮、2,3-庚二酮以及乙偶姻等五种酮。烟油经甲醇稀释振荡提取后过滤,毛细管色谱柱分离,GC—MS分析,外标法定量。五种酮在16 min内完全出峰,并且在一定范围内具有良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.999)。该方法前处理过程简单、快捷,对于不同丙二醇、甘油比例的电子烟油,可准确定量其中的五种酮。 In this study,five ketones(2,3-butanedione,2,3-pentanedione,2,3-hexanedione,2,3-heptanedione and acetoin)in E-liquid were determined by Gas chromatography interfaced to mass spectrometry(GC—MS).E-liquid was dulited with methanol.After the oscillation extraction and filter,capillary column was used to seperate it.Five ketones in E-liquid were analysed by Gas chromatography interfaced to mass spectrometry(GC—MS)and quantified by external standard method.The results show that the five range of Coefficient of determination(R^(2))were more than 0.999,which mean the good linear relationships.Also,the retention time of these five ketones were less than 16 minutes.Compared with other methods,this pretreatment method is simple and efficient.The amount of five ketones can be accurately determined by different ratio of propylene glycol to glycerol.
