新时代中国对外话语体系建构经历了从单向表达到立体呈现的整体嬗变过程。作为新时代中国对外话语体系建构中不可或缺的重要组成部分,全人类共同价值已形成独立的话语体系,必须将其放在人类社会发展的历史进程、人类共同体的存在方式、结构样态中进行讨论,并系统分析其话语体系的国内、国外两个维度,以及世界、国家和个人三个层次的话语结构。同时,全人类共同价值在传播过程中面临着一系列现实质疑,而破解这些话语挑战的关键在于走出人类价值对立的话语陷阱,并对“全人类共同价值”话语进行再凝练。在此基础上,采取差异化的叙事方式,促进全人类共同价值的全球传播。

The construction of China's foreign discourse system in the new era has undergone an overall transformation from one-way expression to three-dimensional presentation.As an indispensable and important part of the construction of China's foreign discourse system in the new era,the common values of all mankind have formed an independent discourse system,which must be discussed in the historical process of the development of human society,the existence mode and structure of the human community.Thus we may systematically analyze the domestic and foreign dimensions of its discourse system,as well as the discourse structure of the world,the country and the individual.At the same time,the common values of all mankind are faced with a series of practical doubts in the process of dissemination,and the key to solving these discursive challenges lies in getting out of the discourse trap of human value opposition and recondensing the discourse of“common values of all mankind”.On this basis,a differentiated narrative should be adopted to promote the global dissemination of the common values of all mankind.
