山西省“星创天地”助推乡村振兴策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Boosting Rural Revitalization of the"Star Maker Space"in Shanxi Province

实施乡村振兴战略的总目标是推进农业农村现代化,其关键在科技进步。“星创天地”作为基层科技工作的强力抓手和推动农业创新驱动发展的战略举措,可充分发挥科技创新对乡村振兴战略的支撑作用。本文在分析山西省“星创天地”运作情况的基础上,找到制约其发展的因素,并结合部分省份经验,提出山西省“星创天地”的打造和专业化升级对策建议。

The overall goal of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is to promote agricultural and rural modernization,and the key is scientific and technological progress.As a strong grasp of grassroots scientific and technological work and a strategic measure to promote the development driven by agricultural innovation,"Star Maker Space"can give full play to the supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in rural revitalization strategy.Based on the analysis of the operation of"Star Maker Space"in our province,this paper finds the factors that restrict its development,and combines the operation experience of"Star Maker Space"in some provinces,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building and upgrading the"Star Maker Space"in our province.
