高压开关柜智能检修机器人关键技术研究

摘要 通过调研国内外电力机器人研究现状及发展趋势,以实现电网变电站中高压开关柜的无人化检修功能为目标,研发了一套集运维、试验、应急于一体的智能检修机器人。首先分析了高压开关柜例行检修的作业特征,其次研究了智能检修机器人开发的关键技术,设计了机器人的功能架构、机械结构和智能云管理系统,最后以手车式断路器检修为典型案例,介绍了机器人检修的具体工作模型及执行步骤。 By investigating the current situation and development trend of electric power robot research at domestic and abroad,a set of intelligent maintenance robots integrating operation and maintenance,testing and emergency response is developed with the functional goal of realizing unmanned maintenance of high-voltage switchgear in power grid substations.Firstly,the operational characteristics of routine overhaul of high-voltage switchgear are analyzed;secondly,the key technologies for the development of the intelligent overhaul robot are studied,and the functional architecture,mechanical structure and intelligent cloud management system of the robot are designed;finally,taking the maintenance of handcart circuit breakers as a typical case,the specific working model and execution steps of the robot overhaul are introduced.
