糖尿病足的防治与护理

Prevention and care of the diabetic foot

目的本文对糖尿病足患者的发生因素、防治与护理进行了分析,为糖尿病足的临床护理工作提供了理论和实践依据。方法选取2022年1月至2022年6月期间在和田地区人民医院内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者病历,包含糖尿病足患者和非糖尿病足患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。将收集的各种因素的数据利用SPSS软件进行分析,探讨各因素对糖尿病足发生的影响。结果在42例病例资料中,有20名是糖尿病足患者,剩余22名是非糖尿病足患者,他们在性别、文化程度、糖尿病病程、吸烟、体重指数(BMI)、家庭经济情况、下肢静脉情况、高血压、足部皮肤情况等具有统计学差异(P<0.05),而年龄和酸碱平衡无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论性别、文化程度、糖尿病病程、吸烟、体重指数、家庭经济、下肢静脉病变、高血压、足部皮肤情况对糖尿病足的发生有一定的影响。在糖尿病足临床治疗工作中应加强风险意识,对其暴露因素进行个性化护理,同时应加强对患者的健康教育,减少糖尿病足的发生。

Objective This study investigates the factors of diabetic foot,prevention,treatment and care of diabetic foot,and provides theoretical and practical basis for clinical care of diabetic foot.Methods The medical records of diabetic patients hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology of Hotan Regional Peo-ple's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022,containing both diabetic foot patients and non-diabetic foot patients,were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The data collected on various fac-tors were analyzed using SPSS software to explorethe influence of each factor on the occurrence of diabetic foot. Result Among the 42 case data, 20 were diabetic foot patients and the remaining 22 were nondiabetic patients, and there were statistical differences between the two groups in terms of gender, education, duration of diabetes mellitus, smoking, body mass index, family economic status, lower extremity venous status, hyper-tension, and foot skin status (P < 0.05), whereas there were no statistically significant differences in terms of age and acid-base balance (P > 0.05). Gender, literacy, duration of diabetes, smoking, body mass index, fami-ly economy, lower extremity venous lesions, hypertension, and skin condition of the feet have a certain influ-ence on the occurrence of diabetic foot. Risk awareness should be strengthened in the clinical treatment of di-abetic foot, and personalized care should be provided for its exposure factors, while health education for pa-tients should be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of diabetic foot.
