基于肝主疏泄论治心肾不交型不寐

不寐又称“不得卧”“目不眠”,其总的病机是阴阳不交。阴阳相交有赖于气机的升降出入得宜,在人体五脏当中,肝的疏泄对人体阴阳出入以及气机升降的调节有着非常重要的作用。肝气上升可以将肾之相火转化补充为心之君火,肝血下藏可以蕴含君火以温煦肾中真水,从而使心肾阴阳相交。因此,基于“肝血不足,疏泄太过”的理论,从肝的疏泄调节人体气机升降出入,促使心肾阴阳相交,对夜不能寐的改善有着明显的疗效。

Insomnia,also known as"not being able to lie down"and"not being able to sleep",is a condition in which yin and yang do not intermingle.The intersection of yin and yang depends on the proper elevation and movement of qi.Among the five human organs,the liver's drainage plays a very important role in the regulation of yin and yang as well as the elevation and movement of qi in and out of the human body.Liver qi rises to transform and replenish the phase fire of the kidneys into the ruler fire of the heart,and the liver blood goes down to contain the ruler fire in order to warm the true water in the kidneys,so that the yin and yang of the heart and kidneys are intertwined.Therefore,based on the theory of"insufficient liver blood,too much drain-age",the tutor regulates the rise and fall of human qi from the drainage of the liver,promotes the intersection of heart,kidney and Yin and Yang,and has obvious effect on the improvement of sleepless nights.
