摘要
金雀花是一种常见的药食同源花卉,深受大众所喜爱,不仅被制作成多种菜肴食用,同时具有益肺、止咳、化痰、健脾、补肾、祛风、活血、消肿等功效,被广泛应用于高血压病、跌打损伤、虚损劳伤、咳嗽、妇科疾病、肾虚阳痿等多种病证的临床治疗。随着对金雀花食药两用价值的关注度提升,作为传统中药的金雀花的食用价值也得到了广泛的研究与开发。文章基于金雀花的相关文献,从金雀花的资源、食用价值、药用价值等方面对其研究现状进行全面系统的总结,旨在为金雀花在食品医药领域的基础和应用研究提供参考。
Caragana rosea is a common medicinal and food homologous flower.It has been loved by the public since ancient times.It is not only made into a variety of dishes to eat,but also has the functions of benefiting the lung,relieving cough,resol-ving phlegm,strengthening the spleen,invigorating the kidney,and dispelling wind.It has been widely used in the clinical treatment of various diseases such as hypertension,bruises,consumptive injury,cough,gynecological diseases,and impotence due to kidney deficiency.At present,with the increasing attention to the edible and medicinal value of Caragana rosea,the edi-ble value of Caragana rosea as a traditional Chinese medicine has also been extensively researched and developed.Based on the related literature of Caragana rosea,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic summary of the research status of Caragana rosea in terms of its resources,edible value,and medicinal value.The purpose is to provide reference for the basic and applied research of Caragana rosea in the field of food and medicine.
