肺癌化疗患者自我报告症状负担及生活质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis of self-reported symptom burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨肺癌化疗患者自我报告症状负担及生活质量,旨在为提高患者生活质量提供参考依据。方法采用中文版安德森症状评估量表、癌症治疗的功能评估量表,使用SPSS24.0软件,进行描述性统计、探索性因子分析法、Person相关分析及多元逐步回归等方法,探讨肺癌化疗患者自我报告症状负担及生活质量。结果统计显示,男性占65.5%,有125(50.2%)人在疾病的自我认知上呈中度水平,有32.9%的患者能够获得较多的家庭支持,处于癌症Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的患者占65.4%。肺癌患者的生命质量平均分为(2.18±0.34)分。肺癌患者自我报告症状负担和生命质量总均分和各维度之间呈两两负相关(P<0.01)。影响生命质量的因素包括主要和配偶子女居住、疾病分期、化疗次数、日常生活影响程度。结论决策者应加强对肺癌化疗患者提供给更多人文关怀以及药物和医疗保障救治,以期提高肺癌化疗患者的生命质量水平。

Objective To explore the self-reported symptom burden and quality of life of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,in order to provide reference basis for improving the quality of life of patients.Methods The Chinese version of Anderson symptom assessment scale and cancer treatment function assessment scale were used,and spss240 software,descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis,person correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression were used to explore the self-reported symptom burden and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Results Statistics showed that men accounted for 65.5%,125(50.2%)showed a moderate level of self-awareness of the disease,32.9%of patients could obtain more family support,and 65.4% of patients in cancer stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.the average score of quality of life of patients with lung cancer was(2.18±0.34).The total average score of self-reported symptom burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer were negatively correlated with each dimension(P<0.01).The factors affecting the quality of life included the residence of spouses and children,disease stage,the number of chemotherapy and the degree of influence on daily life.Conclusion Decision makers should strengthen the provision of more humanistic care,drugs and medical security for lung cancer chemotherapy patients,in order to improve the quality of life of lung cancer chemotherapy patients.
