中国人腰椎间盘突出重吸收领域文献可视化研究

Visualization of literature in the field of reabsorption of lumbar disc herniation in Chinese

目的应用CiteSpace软件对中国人腰椎间盘突出后重吸收领域刊文的研究热点进行可视化分析。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方医学网、维普数据库于建库至2022年4月30日期间收录的保守治疗椎间盘重吸收的相关文献为研究对象,利用知识图谱软件CiteSpace对所获得的768篇文献进行科学计量和可视化分析,了解保守治疗椎间盘重吸收的研究现状及热点。结果共纳入文献768篇,其中中文核心期刊206篇,占总发文量的26.82%;研究年度发文量虽有波动,但大体呈平稳增长的趋势;南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院为该领域代表性机构;核心作者姜宏教授已形成以他为中心的几大合作团队;学科领域高频关键词主要包括:重吸收、推拿、神经根、牵引、保守治疗;聚类图谱显示所有关键词被聚类成10类:腰椎、推拿、椎间盘突出症、重吸收、牵引术、治疗、临床观察、硬膜外腔、功能锻炼、临床特点;共20个关键词参与突现,其中近两年研究热点主要是重吸收、临床疗效及针灸。结论中国人保守治疗椎间盘重吸收的研究热点从上世纪对神经根、纤维环等解剖结构的认识过渡到近10年对于椎间盘突出后重吸收现象的认识以及中医传统外治方法,尤其是针灸、推拿的临床疗效方面;预测该领域的研究前沿为针灸的不同疗法、介入时机和选穴方案在促进椎间盘重吸收方面的机制与临床研究。

Objective To use CiteSpace software to visualize the research hotspots in the field of reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation in China.Methods Relevant literature on conservative treatment of intervertebral disc reabsorption,which was collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Network,and VIP database between the establishment of the database and April 30,2022,were retrieved as the research objects.The knowledge map software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to analyze the obtained 768 pieces of literature were scientometrically and visually analyzed to understand the research status and hotspots of conservative treatment of intervertebral disc reabsorption.Results A total of 768 papers were included,of which 206 were from Chinese core journals,accounting for 26.82%of the total number of papers published;the number of papers published in the study year fluctuated,but generally showed a steady growth trend;the representativeness of the Suzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Institution;the core author,Professor Jiang Hong,has formed several major cooperative teams with him as the center;the highfrequency keywords in the subject area mainly include:reabsorption,massage,nerve root,traction,conservative treatment;the cluster map shows that all keywords are Clustered into 10 categories:lumbar spine,massage,intervertebral disc herniation,reabsorption,traction,treatment,clinical observation,epidural space,functional exercise,clinical features;a total of 20 keywords participated in the emergence,of which the research hotspots in the past two years mainly reabsorption,clinical efficacy and acupuncture.Conclusion The research hotspot of conservative treatment of intervertebral disc resorption in the Chinese people has transitioned from the understanding of anatomical structures such as nerve roots and annulus fibrosus in the last century to the understanding of the phenomenon of resorption after intervertebral disc herniation in the past 10 years and the traditional external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,especially acupuncture and moxibustion,the clinical efficacy of massage;the research fronts in this field are predicted to be the mechanism and clinical research of different acupuncture treatments,intervention timing,and acupoint selection schemes in promoting intervertebral disc reabsorption.
