吡仑帕奈单药治疗儿童癫痫的临床研究进展

儿童癫痫是一种神经系统疾病,反复发作会导致患儿智力、运动发育显著落后,出现表情呆滞、淡漠等情况,也会严重影响患儿的心理健康与生活质量。当前治疗主要采用抗癫痫药物,但对于部分患儿,尤其是难治性癫痫患者,现有治疗手段效果有限。在这一背景下,新型抗癫痫药物吡仑帕奈的出现为儿童癫痫治疗提供了新的希望。此文探讨了吡仑帕奈的作用机制,综述其在治疗儿童局灶性癫痫、难治性癫痫及单药治疗方面的临床研究进展及治疗的安全性,以期为临床医生提供参考。

Childhood epilepsy is a neurological disease.Recurrent seizures can lead to significantly backward intellectual and motor development,dull expression,indifference and other conditions in children,and can also seriously affect their mental health and quality of life.The current treatment mainly uses antiepileptic drugs,but for some children,especially patients with refractory epilepsy,the existing treatment methods have limited effect.In this context,the emergence of a new anti epileptic drug pirenpanet has provided new hope for the treatment of epilepsy in children.This article discusses the mechanism of action of pirenpanet,and reviews its clinical research progress and safety in the treatment of focal epilepsy,refractory epilepsy and monotherapy in children,in order to provide reference for clinicians.
