C-Root SP生物陶瓷封闭剂单尖法在C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病中的疗效评价

Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of C-Root SP bioceramic sealant single tip method in the treatment of dental pulp disease with C-type root canal filling

目的探讨C-Root SP生物陶瓷封闭剂单尖法在C型根管充填治疗牙体牙髓病中的疗效。方法选取60例赣州市于都县人民医院2022年3月-2023年3月收治的牙体牙髓病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组行热牙胶垂直加压法治疗,观察组行C-Root SP生物陶瓷封闭剂单尖法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、咀嚼功能及口腔健康度。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3d、7d时VAS评分分别为(2.45±0.39)分、(1.35±0.22)分,低于对照组的(2.98±0.41)分、(1.74±0.25)分(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率分别为(135.14±15.43)Ibs、(90.04±4.53)%,高于对照组的(119.41±13.87)Ibs、(82.21±5.51)%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBI、PLI、GI得分分别为(1.13±0.12)分、(0.95±0.14)分、(0.87±0.13)分,低于对照组的(1.34±0.14)分、(1.22±0.15)分、(1.08±0.16)分(P<0.05)。结论C-Root SP生物陶瓷封闭剂单尖法在牙体牙髓病根管充填中效果更佳,可加快疼痛消失,促进咀嚼功能恢复,改善口腔健康度。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of C-Root SP bioceramic sealant single pointed method in the treatment of dental pulp disease with C-type root canal filling.Method Sixty patients with dental pulp disease admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hot gum vertical compression method,while the observation group was treated with C-Root SP bioceramic sealant single tip method.Compare the clinical efficacy,pain score,chewing function,and oral health between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores of the observation group were(2.45±0.39)points and(1.35±0.22)points at 3 and 7 days after treatment,which were lower than the control group's(2.98±0.41)points and(1.74±0.25)points(P<0.05);the bite force and chewing efficiency of the observation group after treatment were(135.14±15.43)Ibs and(90.04±4.53)%,which were higher than those of the control group(119.41±13.87)Ibs and(82.21±5.51)%(P<0.05);after treatment,the SBI,PLI,and GI scores of the observation group were(1.13±0.12)points,(0.95±0.14)points,and(0.87±0.13)points,which were lower than the control group's(1.34±0.14)points,(1.22±0.15)points,and(1.08±0.16)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The single pointed method of C-Root SP bioceramic sealant is more effective in filling the root canal of dental pulp disease,accelerating pain relief,promoting chewing function recovery,and improving oral health.
