凝血功能指标应用于外科术后患者深静脉血栓形成预测中的临床价值

Clinical value of coagulation function index in predicting deep vein thrombosis after surgical operation

目的探讨凝血功能指标应用于外科术后患者深静脉血栓形成预测中的临床价值。方法于2022年10月-2023年10月在长沙市中医医院接受外科手术治疗后发生深静脉血栓的患者中选取43例设作观察组,于同期在该院接受外科手术治疗未发生深静脉血栓的患者中选取43例设作对照组。均予以两组患者凝血功能指标检测,包括血浆D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT),分析检测结果。结果观察组D-D、FIB水平比对照组高,PT、APTT、TT水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);急性组D-D、FIB比亚急性组、慢性组高,且亚急性组高于慢性组(P<0.05),急性组PT、APTT、TT水平比亚急性组、慢性组低,且亚急性组低于慢性组(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示预测效能良好。结论外科术后深静脉血栓形成患者凝血功能明显存在异常,通过检测凝血功能指标可对此并发症进行准确预测。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of coagulation function index in predicting deep vein thrombosis in postoperative patients.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,43 patients with deep vein thrombosis after surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation group,in the same period,43 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital without deep vein thrombosis were selected as the control group.Coagulation function indexes of both groups were detected,including plasma D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen(FIB),plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),analysis of test results.Results In observation group,the levels of D-D and FIB were higher than control group,and the levels of PT,APTT and TT were lower than control group(P<0.05).D-D and FIB in acute group were higher than those in subacute group and chronic group,and the levels of PT,APTT and TT in subacute group were lower than those in subacute group and chronic group(P<0.05),and the levels in subacute group were lower than those in chronic group(P<0.05).ROC curve showed good prediction efficiency.Conclusion The coagulation function of patients with deep vein thrombosis after surgery is obviously abnormal,and the complication can be accurately predicted by detecting the coagulation function index.
