高警示药品安全屏障的建立与应用

Establishment and application of high warning drug safety barriers

目的建立高警示药品安全屏障,降低医院高警示药品使用风险,提高医院高警示药品管理质量,保障患者用药安全有效。方法采用回顾性分析法,比较高警示药品安全屏障建立前后使用高警示药品发生的差错率、医务人员的知晓率。结果安全屏障建立后高警示药品差错率低于建立前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);安全屏障建立后医务人员对高警示药品相关知识的知晓率显著高于建立前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立并应用高警示药品安全屏障可显著降低高警示药品处方差错率及不良事件发生率,促进高警示药品的安全管理,保障患者用药安全有效,可促进我院规范合理使用高警示药品,并可推广到其他医疗机构。

Objective Establish safety barriers for high warning drugs,reduce the risk of using high warning drugs in hospitals,improve the quality of hospital high warning drug management,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient medication.Method Using retrospective analysis method,compare the error rate of using high warning drugs before and after the establishment of safety barriers,and the awareness rate of medical personnel.Result The error rate of high warning drugs after the establishment of the safety barrier was lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the establishment of the safety barrier,the awareness rate of high warning drug related knowledge among medical personnel was significantly higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing and applying a high warning drug safety barrier can significantly reduce the prescription error rate and incidence of adverse events of high warning drugs,promote the safety management of high warning drugs,ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient medication,promote the standardized and reasonable use of high warning drugs in our hospital,and can be promoted to other medical institutions.
