前馈控制护理在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用

Application of feedforward control nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的分析前馈控制护理在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2022年10月-2023年10月遵义医科大学第三附属医院收治的104例新生儿黄疸患儿进行研究,按信封法进行随机分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用前馈控制护理,比较两组患儿治疗效果、总胆红素(TBIL)、黄疸指数、哭闹频率、体质量增量、熟睡时间及不良事件。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组TBIL及黄疸指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体质量增量高于对照组,熟睡时间长于对照组,哭闹频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿黄疸的临床治疗中采用前馈控制护理有助于减轻患儿黄疸症状,促进体质量、睡眠质量及治疗效果改善,具有较好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the impact of feedforward control nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 104 neonatal jaundice admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were chosen as subjects,and were divided into two groups according to envelope method,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received feedforward control nursing,the treatment effect,total bilirubin(TBIL),the jaundice index,crying frequency,body mass gain,duration of deep sleep,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TBIL and jaundice index of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher increase in body mass and longer duration of deep sleep than the control group,while the crying frequency was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of feedforward control nursing in the clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice can help alleviate the symptoms of jaundice,promote the improvement of body weight,sleep quality and treatment effects,and have goo d safety.
