肺泡巨噬细胞在儿童呼吸道病毒感染中的作用机制研究进展

摘要 病毒是引起儿童呼吸道感染的常见原因之一,病毒感染涉及到多种免疫细胞与炎性介质的作用,了解呼吸道感染期间病毒-宿主相互作用的免疫机制可能有助于病毒感染的病因学诊断。呼吸道黏膜表面的肺泡巨噬细胞作为肺部主要的免疫细胞,由于其独特的位置,在维持肺脏免疫稳态(免疫监测、炎症反应的启动和调节、杀灭病原体)中发挥了重要作用。该文将对肺泡巨噬细胞在儿童呼吸道病毒感染发生发展中的免疫调控作用机制进行综述,以期为病毒感染的防治策略提供参考。 Virus is one of the common causes of respiratory tract infection in children.Viral infection involves the action of multiple immune cells and inflammatory mediators,understanding the immune mechanism of virus-host interaction during respiratory infection may be helpful for etiological diagnosis of viral infections.As the main immune cells of the lungs,alveolar macrophages on the mucosal surface of the respiratory tract play an important role in maintaining pulmonary immune homeostasis(immune monitoring,initiation and regulation of inflammatory response,killing pathogens)due to their unique position.This article will briefly review the immune regulation mechanism of alveolar macrophages in the occurrence and development of respiratory tract viral infection in children,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of viral infection.
