摘要
阐述融合大数据可实现BIM工程造价的精准化分析,探讨BIM与大数据在工程造价管理中的应用,包括建模与数据库、云平台与算法工具相结合实现造价参数化、全生命周期统一数据库支持造价管理数字化、VR/AR辅助智能化识别控制造价。
This paper describes that integrating big data can achieve precise analysis of BIM engineering costs,and explores the application of BIM and big data in engineering cost management,including the combination of modeling and databases,cloud platforms and algorithm tools to achieve cost parameterization,unified database support for cost management digitization throughout the entire lifecycle,and VR/AR assisted intelligent identification and control of costs.
