基于物联网的站用蓄电池自动充放电维护技术分析

摘要 阐述站用蓄电池自动充放电维护技术,发现电解液挥发、负极硫化、隔膜失效等问题的出现,都会致使蓄电池提前失效。对此提出以互联网为基准,优化变电站蓄电池充放电自动化系统设计,以蓄电池自动检测均衡充放电活化技术实现蓄电池组运行实时监测。实验表明,此技术能实现平稳充放电、操作便利。 This paper expounds the maintenance technology of automatic charging and discharging for station batteries.It is found that problems such as electrolyte volatilization,negative electrode vulcanization,and diaphragm failure can all lead to premature failure of batteries.In this regard,it is proposed to optimize the design of substation battery charging and discharging automation system based on the Internet,and realize real-time monitoring of battery operation by using battery automatic detection,balanced charging and discharging activation technology.The experiment shows that this technology can achieve smooth charging and discharging,and is easy to operate.
