2014-2022年青岛市布鲁氏菌病流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Qingdao city from 2014 to 2022

摘要 目的分析2014-2022年青岛市人间布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)发病的流行特征,为青岛市布病疫情防控提供依据。方法2023年3月,采用描述性流行病学分析方法,收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统2014-2022年青岛市布病疫情资料,分析青岛市布病的时间分布、地区分布、人群分布特征。结果2014-2022年青岛市布病累计发病932例,发病率分别为1.01/10万、1.79/10万、1.53/10万、1.36/10万、1.11/10万、0.86/10万、0.69/10万、0.81/10万、0.84/10万,无死亡病例。全年均有发病,患者集中在3-7月份,占总数的57.83%(539/932)。性别比为2.68∶1。以40~69岁中年人群为主,占总数的74.14%(691/932)。职业以农民发病人数最多,占总数的67.49%(629/932),主要为从事畜牧养殖、屠宰、售卖生肉、皮毛加工等职业人群。结论2014-2022年青岛市布病常在春夏季节发病,中年男性养殖人群是高危人群。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Qingdao city from 2014 to 2022,so as to provide basis for prevention and control of brucellosis in Qingdao city.Methods In March 2023,descriptive epidemiological analysis method was used to collect epidemic data of brucellosis in Qingdao city from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System from 2014 to 2022.The temporal,regional and population distribution characteristics of brucellosis in Qingdao city were analyzed.Results From 2014 to 2022,there were 932 cases of brucellosis in Qingdao city,and the incidence rates were 1.01/10^(5),1.79/10^(5),1.53/10^(5),1.11/10^(5),0.86/10^(5),0.69/10^(5) and 0.81/10^(5) respectively,with no deaths.The disease occurred throughout the year,and the patients were concentrated in March to July,accounting for 57.83%(539/932)of the total number.The ratio of male and female was 2.68∶1.The majority of cases were aged 40-69,accounting for 74.14%(691/932).Farmers had the highest number of cases,accounting for 67.49%(629/932),mainly engaged in animal husbandry,slaughtering,selling raw meat,fur processing and other occupations.Conclusion From 2014 to 2022,brucellosis peaked in spring and summer in Qingdao city,and middle-aged male farming population was the high-risk group.
