摘要
市级应急广播平台是应急广播体系中承上启下的关键环节。本文因地制宜,基于一系列应急广播技术标准,对各传输环节的适配系统架构进行改造设计,使市级应急广播平台能调用各种传输覆盖资源,通过多种传输通道实现应急广播信号的精准播发与综合覆盖,通过回传口终端状态数据的实时监测,实现异构传输网络中应急广播平台、系统、终端的全向贯通、多级联动与可管可控。
Municipal emergency broadcasting platform is a key link in the emergency broadcasting system.Based on a series of emergency broadcasting technical standards,this paper adapts and designs the adaptive system architecture of each transmission link according to local conditions,so that the municipal emergency broadcasting platform can invoke various transmission coverage resources and achieve accurate broadcasting and comprehensive coverage of emergency broadcasting signals through various transmission channels.Through the real-time monitoring of the status data of the backpass terminal,the omnidirectional connection,multi-level linkage and controllable management of the emergency broadcasting platform,system and terminal in the heterogeneous transmission network are realized.
