Necessity,Factuality and Inevitability:On the Centralized Education within the Party in the New Era

注重思想建党、理论强党是党的建设的重要原则,开展党内集中教育是中国共产党自成立以来就有的优良传统。新时代一系列党内集中教育是中国共产党在改革创新精神的不断引领下,着眼于时代形势开展的具有针对性和时效性的党内教育实践。新时代持续开展党内集中教育体现了中国共产党对培养什么样的党员和培养什么样的干部的深入思考。新时代推进党内教育有其现实的必要,是党面临国内外新矛盾,新变化时加强自我建设的需要;党在新时期开展了多种形式的集中教育活动,净化了风气,端正了认识,成效显著,但也还存在一些问题,因而必须与时俱进继续深化党的教育。

It is an important principle of the Party building to focus on ideological building and strengthen the Party in theory.It is a fine tradition of the CPC since its founding to carry out centralized education within the Party.A series of centralized Party education in the new era is a targeted and time-sensitive Party education practice carried out by the CPC central committee under the continuous leadership of the spirit of reform and innovation,focusing on the situation of the times.The continuous development of centralized education within the Party reflects the CPC’s in-depth thinking on what kind of Party members and cadres to train.The research on centralized Party education in the new era is a complete system composed of necessity,factuality and inevitability.Through understanding the“necessity”of the practical needs of centralized Party education in the new era,we can understand that the intra-Party education is required by the actual situation,the inside and outside contradictions the Party faces,and the needs of strengthening self-building.The Party has carried out many kinds of centralised education,cleaned the style and corrected the understanding,achieved outstanding achievements.However,there are some problems existed,we must keep on improving the Party education with the times.
