随着“三全育人”的不断深化,高校实验员的育人功能也逐渐得到凸现。高校实验员在课程育人、服务育人、实践育人中发挥较为重要的育人功能。应加强政治理论学习,提高实验员的育人能力;加强实验室文化建设,提高实验员的育人成效。深入发掘高校实验员在“三全育人”中的作用,对推进高校育人工作具有重要意义。

With the deepening of“three-wide education”,the educational function of college lab-oratory technicians has been gradually emphasized.College laboratory technicians play a more impor-tant educational function in educating through curriculum,educating through service,and educating through practice.It is imperative to strengthen the political theory learning,and improve the educa-tional ability of college laboratory technicians.It is also important to strengthen the laboratory culture construction,and improve the educational effectiveness of laboratory technicians.It is of great signifi-cance to explore the role of college laboratory technicians in“three-wide education”to promote the educational work in colleges and universities.
