高校图书馆服务非遗保护的角色定位及对策——基于利益相关者理论

Role Positioning and Measures of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection in the Service of University Libraries——Based on the Theory of Stakeholders

我国文化产业体系不断健全,文化产品供给质量稳步提升,文化消费市场总体趋向活跃,市场化与知识生产模式也不断发生转变,使高校图书馆改变了提供纸质借阅的传统活动模式,增加了主动培养人才、服务社会、科学研究和引领文化等职能。高校图书馆在非遗保护中也担当重要的角色。从利益相关者角度来看,高校图书馆在非遗保护中是非遗文献知识的整理、组织和开发者,非遗文献体系的建构者,非遗文化的宣传大使。应对此角色更加明确,理清图书馆在非遗保护中的主要职责使命,通过利益相关者的合作互动带动区域文化的传承与创新发展。

As the cultural industry system in our country is constantly improving,the quality of cultural product supply is steadily improving,and the overall trend of cultural consumption market is becoming active.The marketization and knowledge production mode are also constantly changing,which has enabled university libraries to change the traditional mode of providing paper books borrow-ing,and increase the functions of actively cultivating talents,serving society,scientific research,and leading culture.University libraries also play an important role in the protection of intangible cultural heritage.From the perspective of stakeholders,university libraries are the organizers,handlers,and developers of intangible cultural heritage literature knowledge in the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the builders of the intangible cultural heritage literature system,and the ambassadors for promoting intangible cultural heritage culture.This role should be made clearer,and the main respon-sibilities and missions of libraries in the protection of intangible cultural heritage should be clarified,so as to promote the inheritance and innovative development of regional culture through the coopera-tion and interaction of stakeholders.
