从个体转型到机构转向:欧盟职业教育教师培训的经验与启示

From Individual Transformation to Institutional Transformation:Experiences and Implications from EU Vocational Education Teacher Training

摘要 全球教育改革浪潮推动了职业教育教师角色转变,因此,欧盟发布诸多职业教育教师培训相关文件。欧盟教师教育培训以校企合作为主要培训模式,注重绿色与数字技能培训,并由专门机构保障职教教师培训稳定、顺利地开展。欧盟的实践经验为我国未来职业教育教师培训提供了启示:在职教教师培训机构设置方面,由大学提供更为专业的培训师与培训场所;在多方合作方面,不仅需要推进校企合作,还要跨地域、跨国家进行教师流动培训;在培训内容方面,职教教师不仅要学习专业知识,也要学习数字技能与学生心理发展方面的知识,并且在实际教学过程中熟练应用,以应对时代发展对职教教师提出的更高要求。 The wave of global education reform has promoted the role transformation of vocational education teachers.To this end,the European Union has issued many documents related to vocational education teacher training.EU teacher education and training adopts school-enterprise cooperation as the main model,focusing on green and digital skills training,and specialized institutions ensure the stable and smooth development of training.The practical experience of the European Union provides inspiration for the future vocational education teacher training in China:in terms of setting up training institutions for in-service teachers,universities provide more professional trainers and training venues;in terms of multi-party cooperation,it is not only school-enterprise cooperation,but also mobility training across regions and countries;in terms of training content,vocational education teachers need to not only learn professional knowledge,but also be proficient in applying digital skills and student psychological development in the actual teaching process,so as to cope with the higher requirements of the times on vocational education teachers.
