乡村振兴视域下农村成人教育个体价值产出研究

Research on the Individual Value Output of Rural Adult Education from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

摘要 农民是乡村振兴的中坚力量,引导农民发展现代农业、提高农民综合素质和收入水平成为乡村振兴战略实施的关键点,而农村成人教育是培养高素质农民的重要举措。基于山东省金乡县的相关数据,从农民现代化水平、农民收入质量和农民综合素质三维度个体价值视角构建了农村成人教育发展水平测度指标体系,运用结构方程模型分析了农民个体价值与农村成人教育的关联度,并进行了不同农民群组的比较。研究表明,农民个体价值是农村成人教育的重要产出,也是农村成人教育发展水平的表征,农民个体价值与农村成人教育发展水平的关联度表现为农民收入质量>农民现代化水平>农民综合素质,农民个体价值与农村成人教育发展水平的关联度由于群组不同而存在显著差异。研究结论对于优化农村成人教育实施路径、提高农村成人教育个体价值产出、满足农村居民对美好生活的追求、促进乡村振兴和城乡融合发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 Farmers are the backbone of rural revitalization,and it has become a key point in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to guide them to develop modern agriculture,improve their comprehensive quality,and enhance their income level.Rural adult education is an important measure to cultivate high-quality farmers.Based on the data from Jinxiang County,Shandong Province of China,an indicator system for measuring the development level of adult education in rural areas was constructed from the perspective of individual value in three dimensions:modernization level of farmers,income quality of farmers,and comprehensive quality of farmers.A structural equation model was used to analyze the correlation between individual value of farmers and rural adult education,and comparisons were made between different groups of farmers.The study shows that the individual value of farmers is an important output of rural adult education,and also an important representation of the development level of rural adult education.The correlation between the individual value of farmers and the development level of rural adult education is manifested as follows:income quality of farmers>modernization level of farmers>comprehensive quality of farmers.The correlation between individual value of farmers and the development level of rural adult education varies significantly due to different groups.The research conclusion has certain reference value for optimizing the implementation path of rural adult education,improving the individual value output of rural adult education,meeting the pursuit of a better life for rural residents,and promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.
