包被甜菜碱对育肥后期平凉红牛生长性能及血清指标的影响

Effects of Coated Betaine on Growth Performance and Serum Indexes of Pingliang Red Bull in Late Fattening Period

摘要 本试验旨在探究包被甜菜碱(CBet)对育肥后期平凉红牛生长性能和血清指标的影响。试验选择体重[(470.78±16.10)kg]相近、健康的平凉红牛公牛18头,随机分为3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组),每组6头。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+3.5 g/d CBet,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+7.0 g/d CBet。预试期7 d,正试期54 d,试验结束后,测定各组牛生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标。结果显示:1)试验Ⅰ组平凉红牛平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),而料重比(F/G)则显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。2)试验Ⅱ组平凉红牛血清中白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(UN)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血清中甘油三酯(TG)和丙二醛(MDA)含量则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组血清中葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加3.5 g/d CBet提高平凉红牛育肥后期生长性能,而添加7.0 g/d CBet则提高其血清免疫、抗氧化、脂肪代谢和能量代谢水平。 The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of coated betaine(CBet)on growth performance and serum indexes of Pingliang red bull in the late fattening period.A total of 18 healthy red bulls with similar weight(470.78±16.10)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group,test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ),6 bulls in each group.Among them,the control group was fed a basic diet,the test groupⅠwas fed the basic diet+3.5 g/d CBet,and the test group Ⅱ was fed the basic diet+7.0 g/d CBet.The pre-test period was 7 d and the formal period was 54 d.After the test,the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant function of each group were determined.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)of Pingliang red bull in test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in the control group and test group Ⅱ(P<0.05),while the feed/gain(F/G)was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).2)The albumin(ALB),urea nitrogen(UN)contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in test group Ⅱ of Pingliang red bull serum were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the contents of triglyceride(TG)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3)The serum glucose(GLU)content in the test group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 3.5 g/d CBet to the diet can improve the growth performance in late fattening period of Pingliang red bull,while the addition of 7.0 g/d CBet can improve the serum immunity,antioxidant,fat metabolism and energy metabolism.
