As the main force of innovation driven strategy,high-tech enterprises have a significant impact on innovation performance through their R&D investment.Scientific and reasonable R&D investment can enhance the innovation ability of enterprises and promote high-quality economic and social development.On the basis of statistical data,this article analyzes the current situation and problems of R&D investment in high-tech enterprises represented by Shanxi Province,and combines relevant practical experience to explore optimization strategies for enterprise R&D investment in the context of the digital economy.
