西安奥体中心赛后利用策略研究

Analysis on Post Competition Utilization of Xi’an Olympic Sports Center

第十四届全国运动会在陕西省西安市顺利举办。赛事举办期间,西安利用了一批现有体育场馆,同时新建了西安奥体中心为十四运赛会主场馆,通过对我国大型体育场馆赛后利用的综合情况的研究,发现体育场馆普遍存在着赛后闲置或利用效率不高的现象,为此本文通过案例分析法、专家访谈法、文献资料法等对西安奥体中心体育场馆的赛后利用路径进行分析和探讨。主要借鉴国内管理运营同等规模体育场馆的成功经验进行前瞻性的研究探讨西安市奥体中心的利用方法,提出了西安奥体中心体育场馆赛后利用的对策和建议,为其资源利用效率、管理运营水平的提升、兼顾经济效益和社会效益提供理论依据。

The 14th National Games(hereinafter referred to as“Games 14”)was successfully held in Xi’an.During the event,Xi’an used several existing large stadiums,while the Olympic Sports Center was newly built as the main venue of the Games 14.This paper analyzes and discusses the post-competition utilization path of Xi’an Olympic Sports Center through case studies,expert interviews and literature.It has been found that the sports center has low utilization efficiency after competitions or has not been put into operation so far.This paper mainly draws on the successful experience of domestic management and operation of stadiums of the same scale to conduct a forward-looking study to explore the utilization methods of the Xi’an Olympic Sports Center and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the post-competition utilization,which aims to provide a theoretical basis for its resource utilization efficiency,improving management and operation levels,and creating economic and social benefits.
