工程量清单计价模式下投标报价管控的影响因素分析——以大唐药业员工宿舍楼项目为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Bidding and Quotation Control under BOQ Pricing Mode——Taking Datang Pharmaceutical Company Staff Dormitory Building Project as an Example

随着工程量清单计价模式的推行,施工企业若想在激烈的竞争环境中得以生存发展必须能够提供高质量、低造价的建筑产品,而较合理的投标报价是施工企业的竞争关键。本文在工程量清单计价模式下,引入大唐药业宿舍楼项目,编制其投标报价,通过对人工单价调整、主要材料费用的调价以及不同模板高度进行对比分析,从而得出影响投标报价管控的因素,以此来提高施工企业的中标可能性、提高其管理水平。

With the implementation of bills of quantities pricing mode,construction enterprises must be able to provide highquality and low-cost building products if they want to survive and develop in a fiercely competitive environment.However,reasonable bidding quotation is the key to competition of construction enterprises.This paper introduces the dormitory building project of Datang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.and prepares its bidding quotation under the mode of bill of quantities valuation.Through comparative analysis of labor unit price adjustment,main material cost adjustment and different formwork height,it obtains the factors that affect the management and control of bidding quotation,so as to improve the bid-winning possibility and management level of construction enterprises.
