摘要
教师课程决策是一种存在于学校公共生活中的公共性行动。在学校公共生活中,教师课程决策具有公共理性、公共协商、公共制度三种公共表征。具体而言,公共理性是教师课程决策的公共性基础;公共协商有助于教师课程决策共识的达成;公共制度是教师课程决策的保障。学校公共生活中教师课程决策的实现需要唤醒教师的“公共人”意识;建立教师研究共同体,推动教师课程决策的公共参与和协商;建立教师公共意志表达机制与利益共享机制。
Teacher curriculum decision-making is a kind of public action existing in school public life.In school public life,teachers curriculum decision-making has three public characterizations:public rationality,public consultation and public institution.Specifically,public rationality is the public basis of teachers curriculum decision-making;public consultation contributes to teachers reaching consensus on curriculum decision-making;public institution is the guarantee of teachers curriculum decision.The realization of teachers curriculum decision in school public life needs to arouse teachers“public man”awareness consciousness;establish teacher research community,promote teachers public participation and consult in curriculum decision-making;establish teachers public will expression mechanism and benefit sharing mechanism.
