水电站智能控制进水球阀优化设计

摘要 为了提高进水球阀在使用过程中的操控便利性,增强企业的运营效率和竞争力,对机械式进水球阀与智能控制进水球阀作了详细的比较和研究。两类阀门在相同工况的使用条件下,机械式进水球阀体积庞大,操控复杂,劳动强度大,人员需求量大,造成人力资源与水利资源的严重浪费;智能控制进水球阀智能化程度高,模块化设计,冗余设计,功能齐全,性能稳定可靠,制造简单,成本低,使用效率高,系统具有自动检测、自动控制、自动保护功能。本文用对比方式从结构、控制、液压、选材等方面进行详细阐述,研究结果对制造企业和水电站有一定的理论价值和重要的实践意义。 In order to improve the ease of operation and enhance the operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises during the use of inlet ball valves,a detailed comparison and study was conducted between mechanical inlet ball valves and intelligent control inlet ball valves.Under the same operating conditions,mechanical inlet ball valves have a large volume,complex operation,high labor intensity,and a high demand for personnel,resulting in serious waste of human and water resources;The intelligent control of the inlet ball valve has a high degree of intelligence,modular design,redundant design,complete functions,stable and reliable performance,simple manufacturing,low cost,and high efficiency.The system has automatic detection,automatic control,and automatic protection functions.This article elaborates in detail on the aspects of structure,control,hydraulic pressure,and material selection through a comparative approach.The research results have certain theoretical value and important practical significance for manufacturing enterprises and hydropower stations.
