计及周期/半周期性边界条件的永磁电机子域模型

摘要 该文提出的表贴磁极永磁电机考虑周期/半周期性边界条件的子域模型,为舰船大容量直驱多相永磁推进电机的设计优化提供一种快速、高效的工具。介绍周期性边界条件和半周期性边界条件的原理及实现方法,并将其应用到基于等效面电流的子域模型中求解电机气隙磁场,而后通过有限元仿真验证了解析计算的准确性。对比3种求解域下子域模型中谐波系数矩阵的维数和求解速度,表明考虑周期/半周期性边界条件的子域模型在保证结果精度的前提下,能大幅降低矩阵维数,并显著减少求解时间。对实验样机进行空载和负载实验,空载反电势与负载转矩实验结果与解析结果吻合较好,进一步说明了周期/半周期性边界条件下所用子域模型的正确性。 In this paper,a subdomain model of surface-mounted permanent magnet motors considering periodic/half-periodic boundary conditions is proposed,which provides a fast and efficient tool for the design and optimization of large-capacity direct-drive multiphase permanent magnet propulsion motors used in ships.The principle and realization method of periodic boundary condition and half-periodic boundary condition are explained,and they are applied to the subdomain model based on equivalent surface currents to solve the air-gap magnetic field of the motor.The dimension and solving speed of the harmonic coefficient matrix in the subdomain model of the three solving domains are compared,indicating that the subdomain model considering the periodic/half-periodic boundary conditions can greatly reduce the matrix dimension and the solving time while ensuring the accuracy of the results.The no-load and loaded experiments are carried out.The experimental results of no-load back EMF and loaded torque are in good agreement with the analytical ones,which further illustrate the correctness of the subdomain model under the periodic/half-periodic boundary conditions.
