关于老城区城市更新工作的思考——以辽宁省沈阳市太原街地区为例

近年来,在城市发展建设过程中,老城区出现了活力不足、空间闲置、环境品质不能满足消费者需求、新引力与竞争力下降等问题。但老城区拥有历史悠久、影响力大、资源丰富等优势,如何盘活老城区发展活力是当前亟需解决的问题。本文以辽宁省沈阳市太原街地区城市更新为研究背景,针对面临的实际问题,从产业、民生、生态等方面,系统性探讨其解决方案和措施,为城市中心城区及商业区城市更新工作的开展提供思路和方法。

During the urban development and construction process in recent years,the old city proper has encountered problems such as lack of vitality,idle space,inadequate environmental quality to meet consumer demand,declining competitiveness.However,the old city proper also has the advantages of long history,great influence and rich resources.How to revitalize the development vitality of the old city is an urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper takes the urban renewal of Taiyuan Street in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province as the example,explores systematically the solutions and measures from the aspects of industry,people's livelihood,ecology,so as to provide ideas and methods for the development of urban renewal in the central urban area and commercial district of the city.
