未来社区视角下城市片区配套设施研究——以湖南省岳阳市太平咀片区为例

未来社区是基于5—10分钟社区生活圈配套设施体系,以构建共同富裕的现代化基本单元为宗旨,打造具有归属感、舒适感和未来感的新型城市功能单元。但目前全国尚缺乏城市片区级相对应的设施配置标准。本文结合湖南省岳阳市太平咀片区规划,以“社区生活圈”理论为基础,结合相关国家设计标准与浙江省未来社区创建要求,整合各类设施特征,提出基于未来社区创建背景下城市片区综合配套设施的配置与建议。

Based on the supporting facilities system within 5-10 minute community living circle,the future community aims to build modern basic unit of common prosperity,and create new urban functional unit with a sense of belonging,comfort and future.But at present,there is still a lack of urban district level corresponding facilities configuration standards.Based on the theory of"community life circle",and combined with the relevant national design standards and the requirements of future community creation in Zhejiang Province,this paper takes the planning of Taiping Tsui area in Yueyang City,Hunan Province as example,integrates the characteristics of various facilities,and puts forward the configuration suggestions of comprehensive supporting facilities in the urban areas in context of future community creation.
