浅析居住空间无障碍与适老化设计

随着我国老龄化社会的到来,居住空间的无障碍与适老化设计的必要性与重要性日益凸显,成为当前关注的焦点。本文回顾了无障碍设计和适老化设计的起源,从老年人的行为与需求角度,讨论了空间布局、设施配置、材质选择、光照设计和绿化环境等方面的无障碍与适老化设计方面的问题。并基于居住空间的特点,进一步探讨了无障碍与适老化设计在居住空间中的具体运用,以期为未来居住空间设计提供一些参考。

With the advent of the aging society,the necessity and importance of barrier-free and age-friendly renovations in residential spaces have become increasingly prominent,becoming the focus of our attention.This paper first reviews the origins of barrier-free design and age-friendly design,and then.From the perspective of the behaviors and needs of the elderly,it discusses barrier-free and age-friendly design aspects such as spatial layout,facility configuration,material selection,lighting design,and green environments.Subsequently,based on the characteristics of residential spaces,it further explores the specific applications of barrier-free and age-friendly design in residential spaces,in order to provide some reference for future design of residential spaces.
