The contrastive analysis of the third round and the fourth round planning distribution of mineral resources was carried out,and the differences were pointed out.How to create a new exploration and development pattern of ore resources in Yunnan province in the new period,it proposed to create"exploration,development and arrangement of protection zone"from a macro point of view;it established"work layout of security of energy resources and exploration and development"at medium level;and it created a new pattern of"three in one"(macroscopic scale-medium-microscopic view)ore resources exploration and development.
