某高砷铅锌矿铅选矿工艺研究

摘要 某铅锌选矿厂处理高砷原矿时,生产的铅精矿砷含量常达1%左右,严重影响了铅精矿质量。该高砷铅锌矿研发出“高砷铅浮选-低砷铅浮选”的铅浮选工艺,在-0.075 mm占69.04%的细度下,对含Pb 6.57%、Zn 19.42%、S 27.15%、As 0.23%的原矿,闭路试验得到含Pb 67.18%、含As 0.37%、Pb回收率81.62%的低砷铅精矿和含Pb 69.17%、含As 2.26%、Pb回收率4.56%的高砷铅精矿。可以使绝大部分(95%)的铅精矿都成为含As在0.5%以内的含砷合格铅精矿,为该类资源开发利用提供参考。 The arsenic content in lead concentrate is about 1%,which is produced by high arsenic raw ore by one lead-zinc mineral processing plant,the arsenic content seriously affects the quality of lead concentrate.For the high arsenic lead-zinc ore,a lead flotation process"high arsenic lead flotation-low arsenic lead flotation"is developed,when the fineness is-0.075 mm and accounts for 69.04%,the raw ore with Pb content is 6.57%,Zn content is 19.42%,S content is 27.15%,As content is 0.23%,we can get the low arsenic lead concentrate that Pb content is 67.18%,As content is 0.37%,Pb recovery rate is 81.62%,and the high arsenic lead concentrate that Pb content is 69.17%,As content is 2.26%,Pb recovery rate is 4.56%.Most lead concentrate(95%)can be treated as lead concentrates with the qualified arsenic content that As content within 0.5%,it can provide reference to a similar type of resource development.
