摘要
针对硫酸锌溶液净化过程中存在的能耗高、锌粉耗量大、工艺流程长净化成本高等问题,采用一段中温净化除铜、镉,二段中温加除钴剂除钴,三段深度净化工艺,结果表明:当温度为82℃、锌粉加入量1.6 g/L、反应时间为60 min时,此时钴含量为0.25 mg/L,除钴率为98.64%。
In a purification process of zinc sulfate solution,the following problems exist,such as high energy consumption,high consumption of zinc powder,long process flow,high purification costs,and so on,so one-stage medium temperature purification for removal of copper,and cadmium,addition of cobalt removal agent in two-stage at medium temperature,three-stage deep purification process,results show:cobalt content is 0.25 mg/L,the removal rate of cobalt is 98.64%when the temperature is 82℃,the additional amount of zinc powder is 1.6 g/L,the reaction time is 60 min.
