摘要
针对铝电解槽侧部破损时的在线修复问题,在不停槽不停电的情况下,通过优化传统在线侧部修复技术,对侧部炭块破损位置进行准确判断,更换侧部破损的碳块,使电解槽侧部破损位置重新建立炉帮,电解槽电流效率提升了3%,修补后电解槽运行稳定。
For the on-line side remediation of the aluminum electrolytic cell,the conventional on-line side remediation technology is optimized without power outage and shutdown,the damage location of side carbon block was positioned accurately,so the damage carbon block can be replaced immediately,so the sideways furnace wall can be established again,the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell was increased by 3%,and the electrolytic cell after remediation operated smoothly.
