摘要
[目的]希望能够在汽车设计阶段进行规避,通过对产品结构、钣金材料、胶品定义等产品相关数据信息进行评估和确认,以提升产品的抗腐蚀能力。[方法]通过对强化腐蚀试验和市场反馈的腐蚀问题进行分析和总结,识别出车身易腐蚀的部位,并针对车身不同区域提出有效的防腐措施。[结果]实践表明,这些措施能够有效避免常见腐蚀问题的发生。[结论]只有长期关注车身腐蚀,不断深入识别、分析造成腐蚀的因素,才能避免锈蚀的发生。
[Introduction]It is hoped that the corrosion can be avoided during the product design phase through evaluation and verification of product-related data information such as product structure,sheet metal materials,and adhesive definitions,in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the product.[Method]Through the analysis and summarization of the accelerated corrosion test results and the feedback from the customers,the parts of a vehicle body that are prone to corrosion were identified,and some effective anticorrosion measures were proposed.[Result]The practice showed that these measures could effectively avoid the occurrence of common corrosion problems.[Conclusion]It is recommended to pay long-term attention to vehicle corrosion as well as continuously identify and analyze the factors that cause corrosion,in order to effectively avoid the occurrence of corrosion problems.
