德国世界记忆项目海外推广策略及影响考察

摘要 德国是拥有世界记忆项目数目最多的国家,其世界记忆项目的海外推广策略形式多样,包括但不限于通过数字媒体和新兴技术将世界记忆推广至海外、发行世界记忆出版物、举办世界记忆跨国展览、联合申报国际合作以及举行世界记忆国际学术交流活动等。一系列海外推广举措不仅使德国的国际形象得到重塑,促进了与各国的跨文化交流,同时也为提升德国文化软实力做出了显著贡献,这对我国世界记忆的国际合作、叙事方式以及技术应用等具有很强的借鉴意义。 Germany has the largest number of Memory of the World Programs globally.In terms of promoting these Programs internationally,Germany employs a diverse range of strategies,including but not limited to utilizing new media platforms and emerging technologies to promote its documentaries and heritages overseas,publishing Memory of the World publications,hosting international exhibitions,engaging in joint applications for international cooperation and organizing international academic exchanges.These promotions have not only reshaped the international image of Germany,but also facilitated cross-cultural exchanges with other countries and strengthened Germany’s cultural soft power,which holds significant value as a reference for China’s international cooperation,narrative approaches,and technological applications in the field of the Memory of the World.
