银雀山汉墓竹简兵书出土以来,掀起了数次兵学研究的热潮,有力推动了中国兵学文化研究的高质量发展。中国古代兵学与西方军事史研究的角度与内涵均有不同,中国古代兵学是一类涵盖军事理论与实践的学术,又是一种价值观,是“王官之武备”,是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。古代兵学自先秦以来就是国家治理的重要组成部分,“有文事者有武备”,银雀山竹简兵书突出了这一特性,兵书中大量关于德治、慎战以及民本的战争观,这种和平“底色”,也是中国古代兵学和中国军事文化有别于其他文明的重要特征。
