摘要
为了掌握宁夏地区肉牛和滩羊主要养殖区多杀性巴氏杆菌(P.multocida)流行情况,采集了宁夏同心县、盐池县、原州区等8个县(区)24个规模化养殖场共计382份肉牛和滩羊鼻拭子,通过病原分离及分子生物学检测鉴定病原体,并采用Taq Man实时荧光定量PCR检测方法进行荚膜血清分型分析。结果显示,共分离和鉴定到77株P.multocida,总阳性率为20.2%(77/382),各地区阳性率在12.7%~34.3%之间,其中灵武市阳性率最高(34.3%),同心县阳性率最低(12.7%)。分型结果显示,荚膜血清A型44株(57%),荚膜血清B型29株(38%),荚膜血清D型4株(5%)。在不同月龄之间肉牛和滩羊多杀性巴氏杆菌发病主要集中在3~8月龄,感染率13%以上。研究结果为宁夏地区肉牛和滩羊P.multocida的预防和治疗提供了基础数据。
In order to understand the prevalence of P.multocida in the main breeding areas of beef cattle and Tan sheep in Ningxia,this study collected a total of 382 nasal swabs from 24 large-scale farms in 8 counties/districts,including Tongxin county,Yanchi county,and Yuanzhou district.Pathogen isolation and molecular biology detection were used,and the Taq man real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection method was used for capsule serotyping analysis.The results showed that a total of 77 P.multocida strains were isolated and identified.The total positive rate was 20.2%(77/382),with positive rates ranging from 12.7%to 34.3%in various regions.Among them,the highest positive rate was 34.3%in Lingwu city and the lowest positive rate was 12.7%in Tongxin county.The typing results showed that there were 44(57%)strains of capsule serotype A,29(38%)strains of capsule serotype B,and 4(5%)strains of capsule serotype D.The incidence of P.multocida in beef cattle and Tan sheep was mainly concentrated between 3 and 8 month ages,with an infection rate of over 13%.This study provides a basis for the scientific prevention and control of P.multocida in beef cattle and Tan sheep in Ningxia.
