生泰尔驯蓝方案的临床应用效果评价

摘要 为探究生泰尔驯蓝方案临床上抗类NADC-30猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的效果和对围产期母猪繁殖性能的影响,在母猪产前10 d至产后7 d的日粮中添加驯蓝方案,测定母猪和仔猪PRRSV抗体水平和各项生产指标,评价驯蓝方案在临床上应用的效果。结果显示,在产前10 d至产后7 d日粮中添加驯蓝方案,母猪血清中PRRSV抗体S/P值≥1.5高抗体水平由试验前7头下降至4头,下降了33.4%;仔猪在出生后14 d内PRRSV抗体水平处于高水平,14 d后至21 d抗体全部呈现下降趋势,PRRSV抗体S/P值≥1的数量,由14 d的13头降至21 d的8头,从72.2%下降至44.4%;21 d仔猪断奶时用药组仔猪个体均重高于对照组1.19 kg,差异极显著(P<0.001),仔猪日均增重,用药组与对照组分别为208.71 g、159.06 g,差异极显著(P<0.001)。驯蓝方案能降低围产期母猪血清中PRRSV抗体水平,降低14~21 d仔猪血清中PRRSV抗体水平,提高仔猪健康度和抗病能力;驯蓝方案能增强围产期母猪的繁殖性能。研究结果可为当前国内类NADC-30 PRRSV的防控奠定理论和实践基础,对当前国内兽医传染病的防控具有重要意义。 To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Xunlan program in anti-NADC30-like PRRSV(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus)and its impact on reproductive performance of perinatal sows,the Xunlan program was added to the daily diet from 10 days before parturition to 7 days postpartum.The study evaluated the levels of PRRSV antibodies in sows and piglets,as well as various production parameters,to assess the practical application of the Xunlan program.The results showed that the addition of Xunlan program in the diet from 10 days before parturition to 7 days postpartum resulted in a 33.4%decrease in the number of sows with high PRRSV antibody levels(S/P ratio≥1.5)from 7 heads to 4 heads.In piglets,the PRRSV antibody levels remained high within the first 14 days after birth,but showed a declining trend between 14 and 21 days,with the number of piglets with PRRSV antibody S/P ratio≥1 decreasing from 13 at 14 days to 8 at 21 days,indicating a decrease from 72.2%to 44.4%.The medicated group of piglets at weaning(21 days)had an individual average weight that was 1.19 kg higher than that in the control group,showing a highly significant difference(P<0.001).The average daily weight gain of piglets in the medicated group and control group was 208.71 g and 159.06 g,respectively,also showing a highly significant difference(P<0.001).In summary,the Xunlan program was able to reduce PRRSV antibody levels in perinatal sow serum,decrease PRRSV antibody levels in piglet serum between 14 and 21 days,and improve piglet health and disease resistance.Furthermore,the Xunlan program was found to enhance the reproductive performance of perinatal sows.The findings of this study provide a theoretical and practical basis for the prevention and control of domestic NADC30-like PRRSV,and hold significant implications for the prevention and control of veterinary infectious diseases in the country.
