摘要
新时代背景下,大力开展科技创新教育、提升大学生科技创新能力是高校人才培养工作的重要环节,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的长远大计。“三全育人”理念与大学生创新创业教育工作有着紧密的内在联系,能较好指导大学生科技创新教育的开展。但目前高校科技创新教育工作现状与践行“三全育人”理念还存在一些差距;可结合工作实际,通过明确全员育人主体责任、构建全过程育人格局、搭建全方位育人体系提升大学生科技创新能力。
Under the background of the new era,vigorously promoting science and technology innovation education and enhancing the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students is an important part of talent cultivation in universities,and it is also a long-term plan for universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The concept of“Three Whole Education”is closely related to the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students,and can better guide the development of scientific and technological innovation education for college students.However,there are still some gaps between the actual work of scientific and technological innovation education in universities and the implementation of the“Three Whole Education”concept;By combining practical work,we can enhance the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students by clarifying the main responsibility of educating all staff,constructing a full process education pattern,and building a comprehensive education system.
